A SEPERATOR FOR FUEL CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A separator for a fuel cell is provided to ensure low constant resistance by forming a conductive channel connecting the outside of alloy and a bottom part of a passivation layer by protruding two phase particles on the surface of alloy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fuel cell separator comprises: a material preparation step for preparing a base material powder having corrosion resistance due to a passivation layer, a conductive non-metal powder, and a binder for enhancing moldability; a material mixing step; and a molding step for molding a product by pressure-molding the mixture; and a heat treatment step containing a heat treatment process and a sintering step.
