PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sending-out efficiency of a cooling medium and to reduce the effect of magnetic field noise on the measurement of the magnetic field of a living body.
SOLUTION: This magnetoencephalographic meter (living body magnetic field measuring instrument) 100 is constituted so that a Dewar 7 is internally equipped with a tube 6a permitting a condensing cooling medium for recondensing liquid helium 5 gassified in a Dewar 7 to pass, the Joule-Thomson valve 6b provided to tube 6a, the condensing heat exchanger 6c connected to the tube 6a on the downstream side of the Joule-Thomson valve 6b to perform heat exchange between gassified liquid helium 5 and the condensing cooling medium, a heat exchanger 6d performing heat exchange between the tube 6a on the upstream side of the Joule-Thomson valve 6b and the tube 6a on the downstream side of the condensing heat exchanger 6c and the magnetic shield part 17, which includes a superconductor sheet 17b, provided between the tube 6a/Joule-Thomson valve 6b/condensing heat exchanger 6c/heat exchanger 6d and an SQUID sensor 3.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
