<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad operation management system and railroad operation support system, which allows a railroad business personnel, to be represented by an operation commander, to directly know passenger's intentions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An operation command system for a single railroad section or a plural railroad sections includes an operation command console for an operation commander to input an operation command. The operation command console has: an operation command input device; a train diagram display device for displaying a train diagram; and a device that displays information for obtaining users' intentions. More preferably, the console has: an operation information input device for an information-providing personnel to input operation information for distributing to users; and a device that displays operation command information commanded from each of plural operation command systems, and information for obtaining users' intentions.
