<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull handle device with an opening operation force reducing function capable of maintaining smooth operation for a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the pull handle device, a pull handle 3 is operated clockwise as shown by the arrow mark C to turn upper and lower turn arms 4, 5 clockwise around rivets 9, 10 in the interlocking relationship, a driving link 7 turns counterclockwise around the rivet 9, a connection link 8 extending in substantially right and left directions in accordance with the turn of the driving link 7 and a slide body 6 move leftward, and the slide body 6 protrudes leftward as shown by the arrow mark D to press a vertical frame 30. Consequently, since size of an opening part allowing the slide body 6 to protrude can be reduced and size of a clearance between the opening part and the slide body 6 can be reduced, it is hard for dust or the like to intrude into the inside of a basic body 2. In addition, since distance B in the vertical direction between the rivets 9 and 11 is set to be smaller than distance A in the vertical direction between the rivet 9 of the turn arm 4 and a slide supporting shaft 3a, opening operation force can be reduced based on the principle of lever.
