<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device, and a method and a program for managing storage performance, which allow a user to easily perform failure analysis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The storage device includes: an input and output processing part which executes input and output processing of data in response to a request from a server; an information collection part which collects performance information related to the response of input and output processing in the input and output processing part and processing state information showing a processing state related to the input and output processing; and an information output part which outputs collection information in which the performance information is associated with the processing state information to the outside.
