PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing feed liquid for an ultrasonic treatment apparatus, which suppresses attenuation or fluctuation of an ultrasonic wave in propagation liquid in a transmission tank of the ultrasonic treatment apparatus and attenuation or fluctuation of the ultrasonic wave in treatment liquid in a treatment tank, and further prevents breakage of the treatment tank. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the feed liquid for the ultrasonic treatment apparatus is equipped with a treatment liquid feed means for feeding the treatment liquid to the treatment tank of the ultrasonic treatment apparatus, a propagation liquid feed means for feeding the propagation liquid to the propagation tank of the ultrasonic treatment apparatus, a treatment liquid dissolved gas concentration control means for controlling dissolved gas concentration in the treatment liquid and a propagation liquid dissolved gas concentration control means for controlling dissolved gas concentration in the propagation liquid.
