PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To undetachably connect a pipe with a single touch by only fitting a connection pipe end into a pipe joint and manually fastening a cap thereto while preventing co-rotation of the pipe with the cap when rotatingly screwing the cap. SOLUTION: A joint body 8 is coveringly screwed to an inner core 9 equipped with a water hole H9 on its inner periphery and an O-ring 4 on its outer periphery while keeping a clearance dg layer. A cap 3, which is internally fitted with a diameter-reducing locking ring 6 and a diameter-reducing fixing ring 5 fitted with a locking skew plate 7, is temporarily screwed to an end part of the joint body 8. A plastic resin pipe 12 is fitted into the clearance dg coveringly the inner core 9 from inside the cap 3 and the cap 3 is rotated/advanced to integrally reduce the diameters of the locking ring 6 and fixing ring 5 with the skew plate protruded to press an outer peripheral surface 12c of the pipe 12 without causing the co-rotation of the pipe 12. The locking skew plate 7 is made to bite into the outer peripheral surface 12c of the pipe 12 to watertightly press the plastic resin pipe 12 to lock and hold it in a manner such that the pipe cannot be disconnected.
