Multi-phase reactor, for liquid phase systems, has at least two vertical pulse tubes with different pulsations

For the mixing and treatment of liquid phase systems there are at least two vertical pulse tubes (3,4) with different actions i.e. in frequency and pulsation strength. The first pulsation type gives a sufficient mixing of the whole medium (5) and the second pulsation type enhances the physical, chemical or biological process. The fluid within the pulse tubes is subjected periodically to a gas under pressure. For the first pulsation type, the pressurized gas flows through the gas zone (6) of the reactor and not through the pulse tube. The fluid oscillation is registered and controlled electronically.
