PURPOSE: An ultrasonic vibration device is provided to improve stability of the vibration device by securely tightening a bolt, and to prevent damages or breakages of a piezoelectric made with a ceramic material due to impact. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic vibration device comprises a metal vibrator(220), a packing, and a piezoelectric. An insertion groove is formed on the bottom of the metal vibrator. The packing surrounds the outer circumference of the metal vibrator. The piezoelectric is inserted into the insertion groove. A thickness of the metal vibrator is thinner than that of the inversion groove.
