PURPOSE: A reducer of an electronic power steering device is provided to prevent rattle noise and to prevent the rolling friction force from increasing in rotating of a worm. CONSTITUTION: A reducer of an electronic power steering device comprises a bearing holder(310) and a plug bolt(210). The bearing holder is inserted between the inner circumference of a gear housing and a first ball bearing(258). The gear housing has a worm wheel(156) and a worm(152) connected with a steering column(106). The first ball bearing is fixed and coupled in the end part of a worm axis(254). The bearing holder supports the first ball bearing in the worm axis. The bearing holder is a hollow. The through hole is formed on one side of the bearing holder. The worm wheel is passed through the through hole and is meshed with the worm. The plug bolt supports the first ball bearing in the worm axis and is connected to a shaft of a motor.
