PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetoencephalographic meter can reduce the effect of vibration on the measurement of the magnetic field of a living body.
SOLUTION: Since the magnetoencephalographic meter 1 includes a sensor holder 4 for fixing an SQUID sensor 3, a bottomed cylindrical Dewar 7 housing a sensor holder 4, a base ring 21 supporting the sensor holder 4 and having the peripheral surface 21a opposed to the inside surface 7a of the Dewar 7 and the wedge ring 22 press-fitted in the gap between the inside surface 7a of the Dewar 7 and the peripheral surface 21a of the base ring 21 and fixing the base ring 21 to the inside surface 7a of the Dewar 7, the base ring 21 supporting the sensor holder 4 is fixed to the inside surface 7a of the Dewar 7 and the SQUID sensor 3 and the sensor holder 4 are relatively stabilized with respect to the Dewar 7 even in a case that the magnetoencephalographic meter 1 is vibrated. As a result, the earthquake resistance of the SQUID sensor 3 is enhanced and the effect of vibration on the measurement of the magnetic field of the living body is reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
