PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make exchange of a lamp easier in an illumination fixture which is rotatably hinged to a support member such as an arm, and can change an illumination range. SOLUTION: The illumination fixture 1 is constituted of a box-shaped cabinet 11 having an opening part 11a downward, a lamp 12, and a shade 13 which is mounted capable of opening and closing onto the opening part 11a and transmits radiation light of the lamp 12. The cabinet 11 is equipped with a columnar support shaft 11b to be fitted into the arm of a working stand on both side faces in the gravity center of the illumination fixture 1, a hinge 11d which is installed at one end part 11c and hinges the shade 13, and a locking member 11f which is installed at the other end part 11e and locks the shade 13 to the cabinet 11 when the illumination fixture 1 is used. When exchanging the lamp 12, if the locking member 11f is loosened, the shade 13 is rotated downward by having the hinge 11d as a fulcrum and separated from the opening part. By this, the center of gravity of the illumination fixture 1 moves to one end part 11c side of the cabinet 11, a clockwise moment having the support shaft 11b as the center acts on the cabinet 11, and the opening part 11a widely opens sideward.
