PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display connection destination information associated with a map image in a manner comprehensible to a user. SOLUTION: An information presentation device includes: a latitude/longitude determination section 22 acquiring position information including the information of present latitude and longitude; a map display determination section 24 displaying a map image corresponding to the position information; a track DB 44 and a station name DB 56 storing track information indicating the position of a track and a station by latitude and longitude; an on-board determination section 12 determining, when multiple pieces of position information coincide with the information indicating the position of a track in the track information, that the device itself is moving together with a train; a destination determination section 20 acquiring, on the basis of the track information, the connection destination information indicating the connection destination of the track; and a display place name determination section 28 which displays, when the on-board determination section 12 determines that the device itself is moving together with the train, the connection destination information that is not displayed in the map image displayed by the map display determination section 24 out of the information obtained by the destination determination section 20 in association with the end of the track in the map image.
