PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of condensed water generated in a heat exchanger for cooling, while improving assembling work efficiency and a layout property of other components, when the heat exchanger for cooling and a heat exchanger for heating are housed in one case. SOLUTION: A case 5 is divided into a lower case member 21 having a bottom wall portion 24 and formed so as to open upward, and an upper case member 20 formed so as to open downward, and made by combining both cases 20, 21. The heat exchanger 4 for heating is inserted in the case 5 from an opening portion of the lower case member 21, and disposed so as to be sandwiched between both case members 20, 21. On the bottom wall portion 24 of the lower case member 21, a draining hole 30 for draining the condensed water generated in the heat exchanger for cooling is formed. A straight line connecting an opening center portion A of the draining hole 30 and a division surface X of the upper case member 20 and the lower case member 21 is tilted at not less than 15°to a horizontal surface L.
