PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve shortage in fixing strength of an insert nut. SOLUTION: The insert nut press-fitted to a plastic base material while being heated includes a press-fitting part press-fitted to the base material and an uneven shape part provided on a side surface of the press-fitting part and having a plurality of convex and concave parts. The uneven shape part is composed to have curvature shapes at the concave parts. A value of curvature radius of the concave parts in a first area of the uneven shape part is as large as or larger than a value of curvature radius of the concave parts in a second area downstream of the first area in the direction of press-fitting the insert nut.
