PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and visually find the execution of a fraud associated with a power application. SOLUTION: A performance control section 202a includes a detection section 310, a display control section 320 and a setting section 340. When a power is applied, the detection section 310 detects an operation signal indicating that a predetermined operation is done. When the detection section 310 detects the operation signal, the display control section 320 controls to selectably display predetermined screen information. The setting section 340 sets the screen information selected by an operator from the predetermined screen information displayed by the control of the display control section 320, to a predetermined screen.
