<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent advertising device for appropriately achieving an advertising target by making a viewing person sufficiently memorize an advertising content. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The luminescent advertising device 10 includes an advertising section 2 having a letter or drawing about the advertisement, a power supply 7, a light emitting means 6 that is disposed in the advertising section 2 and emits light using electric power from the power supply 7, an operation section 3 for indicating the light emission of the light emitting means 6 by operation from the outside, and a light emission control means 9 for making the light emitting means 6 emit light based on the indication of the operation section 3.
