<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-voltage operation constant voltage circuit having an excellent temperature property, providing stable output voltage regardless of a temperature change, which is low voltage of about 0.6 V, for example. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this low-voltage operation constant voltage circuit having a band gap reference voltage circuit configured such that a positive temperature coefficient of voltage appearing in a resistor and a negative temperature coefficient of voltage between a base and an emitter of a diode-connected bipolar transistor are counteracted, the resistor and the diode-connected bipolar transistor are separated into a resistor series circuit with the diode-connected bipolar transistor and a diode series circuit with the resistor. A collector side terminal of the diode-connected bipolar transistor is connected to one end of a pair of series-connected resistors having the same resistance value, a bipolar transistor connection side terminal of the resistor is connected to the other end of the pair of resistors, and middle point voltage is taken out and is set as the output voltage.
