<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of releasing smoothly elastic energy accumulated in a spring without transferring power of the spring to an operation part by a simple operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When an input lever 3a is slid along the arrow A, a driven gear 2a is engaged with a main driving gear. When the input lever 3a is slid along the arrow B successively, a driven gear 1a linked to the operation part is disengaged from the main driving gear.
