The arrangement has a drive device e.g. wiper motor (1), including a set of fastening holes (6) with a damping element (7) and formed at a distance from a bearing body (3). The holes correspond to perforations (8) that are formed in a vehicle windowpane (S). An assembly plate (11) is arranged at a vehicle outer side with threaded bolts (13) that protrude through the perforations and the holes. A seal (12) is arranged between the windowpane and the plate. Fastening nuts (14) are screwed to the bolts in a vehicle inner side. The nuts deform the drive device with the windowpane and the plate.
