<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the discount or non-charge of a communication charge by diversifying profit sources of a mobile phone company. <P>SOLUTION: In this advertising method, a CM distribution apparatus 22 in addition to a home memory 16 is connected to a transport unit 14 which connects a mobile phone 10 and a partner's telephone, and CM information fed from the CM distribution apparatus 22 is distributed to a calling party mobile phone 10 through the transport unit 14 and a radio base station 18. The distribution of CM information is performed after the completion of the authentication of the calling party mobile phone 10 and before line connection setup.
