PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin decorative sheet configured so that a printed pattern and an embossed pattern can accurately synchronize with each other, and also, the sheet may have excellnt secondary processability. SOLUTION: A pattern is printed on the surface of a heat-resistant, extension-resistant first base material sheet 2, then, a printed pattern layer 3 is formed. The surface of the printed pattern layer 3 is coated with electron beam curing paint, then, the paint layer 4 is formed, the paint layer 4 is cured with irradiation of the electron beam, thereafter, the surface of the paint layer 4 is embossed to form fine ruggedness thereon. The surface layer 5 where the printed pattern layer 3 and the embossed paint layer 4 synchronize with each other is peeled off from the first base material sheet 2, and a second base material sheet 6 having suitable forming processability is stuck to the rear side of the peeled surface layer 5 with an adhesive agent by dry-laminating, accordingly, the synthetic resin decorative sheet is produced.
