<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition which is sturdy and superior in durability and capable of applying for a nano-scale transparent electrode. <P>SOLUTION: This is a processing method of a nano conductor 100 used for a polymer substrate in which a first functional group is introduced on the surface 104 of a nano conductor in order to form a denatured nano conductor, a dispersant containing at least the first functional group and a second functional group is mixed with the denatured nano conductor in order to form a conductive material composition, and the first functional group on the surface of the denatured nano conductor reacts with the dispersant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
