PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a width dimension of a mounting structure of a liquid level detection device. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the liquid level detection device 1 for mounting the liquid level detection device 1 on a mounting member 10, one of a fitting part 6 and a fitted part 11 to be fitted with the fitting part 6 is formed on either end in the width direction D1 of the liquid level detection device 1, and one of an elastically-deformable hooking part 12 for preventing coming-off of the fitting part 6 from the fitted part 11 and a hooked part 7 to be hooked with the hooking part 12 is formed on the furthermore inside than either end, and the other of the fitting part 6 and the fitted part 11, and the other of the hooking part 12 and the hooked part 7 are formed on the mounting member 10, and a stopper 8 for restricting elastic deformation of the hooking part 12 below a prescribed deformation is formed on one of the liquid level detection device 1 and the mounting member 10.
