<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at utilization in medical and welfare fields and to aim at utilization as a small-sized and lightweight general and industrial remote controller by developing a remote controller or a manipulator for operating and transmitting/receiving a signal only when needed without incorporating any battery so as to enable insertion of the remote controller into the mouth or the body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The remote controller is comprised of an IC that is operated by power obtained through electromagnetic induction such as a passive RFID, a manipulation switch, and an antenna. Thus, the remote controller is operated by obtaining electromotive force from energy from the outside, such as an electromagnetic wave, and transmits/receives a signal only when needed.
