<p>The invention relates to a drain plug (10) for replacing standard drain plugs on vehicle fuel tanks so as to prevent the theft of fuel from the tanks by draining. The drain plug (10) comprises of a bolt head (20) a sleeve (14) surrounding the bolt head (22) and retaining means (18) for retaining the sleeve (14) about the bolt head (20) so as to limit the axial movement of the sleeve (14) relative to the bolt head (20) while allowing the sleeve (14) to freely rotate about the bolt head (20) even when is use.</p> |
