The sensor (21) has an interdigital electrode system (22) with two comb-like electrodes (23, 24) engaging into one another. Five electrode arms (23a-23e) are provided in the electrode (23). The electrode arms (23b-23d) are formed broader than the remaining arms (23a, 23e) and/or broader than electrode arms (24a-24f) of other electrode (24). A pair of electrode arms has an electrode arm distance that is greater that that of remaining pairs of electrode arms, where the pair of arms is a pair of two neighboring electrode arms of different electrodes.
