<p>The method involves rotating a two-stage sleeve (2) through contact with a constant velocity synchronizer (26), and arranging a gear rod (6) in a movable manner longitudinally in a direction of a main cylinder, where the sleeve has a drive shaft (3). The rotation of the sleeve is transmitted to the drive shaft, such that the drive shaft rotates for generating forces necessary for a braking operation of a motor vehicle. The braking operation of the motor vehicle is carried-out through the force-contact to a piston rod of the main cylinder. An independent claim is also included for a device for braking a motor vehicle.</p> |
