The device has a sound producing body (12) comprising a circular impingement surface (10), and attached at body parts e.g. hand, or articles e.g. inflatable flexible hose, by a holding belt (14) e.g. material strip, non-metallic strap or leather tape. The body comprises a concave-convex form in a region of the impingement surface. The impingement surface bulges out convexly, and a concave inner surface of the body is turned towards the body parts or articles. The body is made of plastic. A LED (24) is attached to the holding belt.
