The tool (1) has a cutter swivelably supported at a cylindrical housing (11), engaged in an inner side of the housing and driven out from an opening towards a surface (4) of a workpiece (3) to be processed. The cutter is supported at a bearing bolt that is aligned perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the housing, and a delivery piston is attached in the inner side of the housing in an axial movable manner. The piston acts on a front side of the cutter. The cutter is moved out from the opening and around a rotary point, via the piston, where the rotary point is formed by the bolt. The tool comprises a spring designed as a spiral spring made of metal.
