PURPOSE: A jewel alternative ornament ball and a method for manufacturing the ornament ball are provided to improve an added value through various colors while maintaining a texture of the jewel like a natural pearl, to control a spill of an aromatic liquid on the surface, and to enable a semi-permanent use through reinjection of an aromatic agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a jewel alternative ornament ball(10) comprises the following steps: a step of molding the ornament ball by forming a penetration hole(11) to be opened from side to side across a center after processing a clay roundly; a step forming an aromatic agent receptor(13) with a micro hollow by doing a bisque firing at around 1100°C; a step of molding a coating membrane(12) by spreading a low temperature glaze on the entire surface except for the penetration hole after polishing the surface of the ornament ball; a step of maintaining non-permeability of the coating membrane by baking the coating membrane at 1000°C which is less than a melting point of the low temperature glaze coated on the surface; a step of injecting an aromatic liquid inside the ornament ball through the penetration hole by impregnating the ornament ball in a container in which the aromatic liquid is filled; and a step of desiccating the ornament ball at a room temperature. |
