摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor magnet which meets a demand for a multipole configuration including four or more poles that is fit for a radial gap micro electric machine, has a property of cutting off an eddy current under a high-speed rotation, and improves the present residual magnetization Mr of 0.42 to 0.7 T. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor magnet 5 is formed by R-TM-B crystallization as a thick-film laminate composed of a nano-complex-polycrystal texture which is isotropic in magnetism and is superior in magnetization properties to show a residual magnetization Mr of 0.95 T or more. When necessary, the rotor magnet 5 is subjected to in-plane multipole magnetization by cooling in a magnetic field.
