PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for optical-electrical wiring, which allows easy and accurate forming of a mirror for optically coupling an optical element with an optical waveguide, and easily replaces electrical wiring by optical wiring. SOLUTION: The package for optical-electrical wiring includes a support plate 12 for supporting the optical waveguide 22, mirror sections 14a and 14b having a mirror surface section formed by folding both edges of the support plate 12 at an angle of 45°with respect to the surface direction of the support plate along the side direction, and lead sections 16a and 16b electrically connected to the optical element. The support plate 12, mirror sections 14a and 14b, and lead sections 16a and 16b are formed by press-working a metallic material, and the optical waveguide 22 where a plurality of core parts are arranged in parallel while being surrounded by a clad is mounted on the support plate 12 of a lead frame having a mirror.
