<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving belt guiding structure which can smoothly guide a driving belt 8 by suppressing its wave motion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The driving belt guiding structure of a motorcycle comprises a transmission 5, a transmission case 31 housing the transmission 5, and a belt transmitting device 10 which connects an output shaft 52 of the transmission 5 and a rear wheel 7 for power transmission, and comprises a driving side pulley 53 arranged in the output shaft 52, a driven side pulley 71 arranged in the rear wheel 7, and the driving belt 8 arranged between the driving side pulley 53 and the driven side pulley 71, wherein a gear change operating mechanism cover 32, which is attached in the transmission case 31 and covers a gear change operating mechanism 9 for the transmission, includes a belt guide which faces the driving belt 8 with a predetermined interval Y from the outside of orbital track of the driving belt 8, and regulates a traveling amount toward the outside of the orbital track of the driving belt 8.
