<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having excellent adhesiveness between a base material and a surface protective layer or a colored layer or a pattern layer situated in the middle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the decorative material, there are successively laminated on a substrate 2 a primer layer 5 composed of a cured object of at least a curable resin and a surface protective layer 6 composed of a cured object of a curable resin in contact with the primer layer. The decorative material is characterized in that, between the primer layer and the surface protective layer, a mixed layer 7 is formed in which materials comprising the primer layer and the surface protection layer are mixed and that the mixed layer has the abundance ratio of 5:95-95:5 (mass ratio) of the material comprising the primer layer to the material comprising the surface protective layer and has the thickness of 0.1-10 μm.
