METHOD FOR MAKING HEAT-INSULATIVE PAPER CONTAINERS AND THE PRODUCTS

A method for making heat-insulative paper containers and the products. The method includes: (a) mixing polyethyleneterephalate and polypropylene with bond to form polymer material; (b) heating and extruding the polymer material through extrude-machine to form film and coating the film on the surface of paper; (c) cooling and laminating the paper coated with film with laminating roller; (d) continuously coating foam material on the side of paper with no film by means of spaying, rolling or color printing; drying and furling the paper and then cutting it into semi-products and molding into containers; or coating the foam material on the outside surface of the containers after molding into vessels; (e) heating the foam material with heating device to foam and then acquire the products. By using the method, better foam uniformity and higher production efficiency can be acquired and fewer wasters can be produced. The products are environmental friendly and have advantages of heat insulation and heat preservation.
