The multi-layered material web comprises an external layer (2) made of processible and/or heat- and chemically resistant elastomer material, an internal layer (3) made of processible elastomer material, a reinforcing support layer (4) that is arranged between the internal and external layers in single or multi-layered manner, and/or a barrier layer (5) with low permeation that is arranged between the external and internal layers and comprises a film layer. The external and internal layers consist of a vulcanized rubber mixture having a rubber component and mixing ingredients. The multi-layered material web comprises an external layer (2) made of processible and/or heat- and chemically resistant elastomer material, an internal layer (3) made of processible elastomer material, a reinforcing support layer (4) that is arranged between the internal and external layers in single or multi-layered manner, and/or a barrier layer (5) with low permeation that is arranged between the external and internal layers and comprises a film layer. The external and internal layers consist of a vulcanized rubber mixture having a rubber component and mixing ingredients. The rubber component of the external layer is a fluorine rubber or silicon rubber. The rubber mixture is added to the heat- and chemically resistant filling material in powder form. The filling material is a fluorine-containing plastic. The rubber mixture of the external layer is mixed to heat and chemically resistant and/or flame resistant -filling material. The filling material is a metal carbonate, a metal hydroxide, glass or quartz. The reinforcing support layer is a fiber layer and consists of textile materials. The barrier layer is arranged between the internal layer and the reinforcing support layer and comprises a single film layer. The barrier layer is a film composite having two film layers. The film composite consists of a first film layer made of polyimide and the second film layer made of polymer based on ethylene-vinyl alcohol. The barrier layer has strength of 0.01-2 mm and is surface activated by etching or roughening. The barrier layer is connected with an adhesive layer (6, 7) on single side or double side.
