PURPOSE: A method for removing fishy smell using fermented soybean powder, bampoo leaf extract, salt, charcoal particle, and pine needles is provided to effectively remove fishy smell and ensure elasticity to fish. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing fishy smell comprises: a step of mixing a first natural ingredient and fishes in a sediment tub; a step of maturing the first natural ingredient and fishes; a step of prepecipitating and drying; a step of adding partial or whole cinnamon, pine needle, salt, fermented soybean powder, charcoal granule, and streamed bamboo leaves; a step of placing the first natural ingredient and piling fish one by one; and a step of spraying the first natural ingredient and mixing together. |
