A method of synchronizing a first terminal device with a second terminal in a radio communication system comprising a determining whether the second terminal has not changed its synchronization transmission period start time for a predetermined time and setting the synchronization transmitting period start time of the first radio terminal to the synchronization transmitting start time of the second terminal.
