PURPOSE: An electrically conductive coating liquid is provided to ensure effective electromagnetic wave absorption due to low surface resistance and permanent conductivity, and excellent carbon adhesive force and penetrability into a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An electrically conductive coating liquid comprises water-dispersible carbon black 10-30 weight%, urethane binder 2-10 weight%, aqueous flame retardant 10-35 weight% and solvent 50-60 weight%. A method for preparing an electromagnetic wave absorber applied with the conductive coating solution comprises the steps of: preparing the conductive coating solution; spray coating the substrate with the conductive coating solution under 100-200 bar of pressure; and drying the substrate at 110-125 °C for 25-35 minutes.
