PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting display device is provided to improve image quality by preventing the increase of luminance due to temperature rise. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode includes a display panel(102), a timing controller(108), a temperature sensing part(114), and a non-emitting section controller(116), and a supply voltage generating unit. The display panel comprises the organic light-emitting diode generating the light according to current supply. The timing controller generates a control signal of emitting and non- emitting section. The temperature sensing unit senses the temperature of the display panel. The supply voltage generating unit turns off organic light-emitting diode when organic light-emitting diode is power off.
