PURPOSE: A security information filtering system and a method thereof are provided to selectively perform a security information filtering operation about web service data, thereby executing a part of the security information filtering operation in an external device. CONSTITUTION: A web server(300) comprises a security information filtering API(Application Program Interface) module(310). The security information filtering API module performs a security information filtering operation about a web service data when executing at least one dynamic server page. The security information filtering API module transfers all or part of the web service data to an external device. The security information filtering API module receives a security information filtering result.
