An ultrasonic gas concentration measuring device includes two ultrasonic vibrators which transmit and receive ultrasonic waves, a temperature sensor, and a pressure sensor which are arranged to oppose to each other in a pipe where a sample gas flows. The device further includes concentration calculation means for calculating a sample gas concentration according to a propagation velocity correction coefficient based on a pressure. Thus, it is possible to provide a method and a device which can accurately measure a gas concentration regardless of the pressure of the sample gas. |
