METHOD ON STRENGTHENING AND REPAIR OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES BY THE PROCESS OF INJECTION ADHESION OF CARBON PLATE

PURPOSE: A method for reinforcing and repairing a concrete structure with a carbon plate adhesion and injection method is provided to reinforce and repair the concrete structure by injecting grout material to a gap between the surface of the concrete structure and a carbon plate. CONSTITUTION: A carbon plate is clinched on the surface of the concrete structure to be reinforced(S2). A plug is compressed in a gap between the concrete structure and the carbon plate with a sealing material(S3). An air exhaust pipe is inserted to one side of the gap and fixed with the sealing material(S4). The gap edge is sealed with the sealing material and cured(S5). A tank is united with the plug and an injection material is injected to the tank in order to inject to the gap(S6). When the injection material inserted in the gap flows out through the air exhaust pipe, the air exhaust pipe is blocked(S7). The injection material is re-injected to the tank in order to be injected to the deterioration site and fissure region of the concrete structure(S9). The plug, the air exhaust pipe and the sealing material are removed from the concrete structure and the carbon plate(S10).
