PURPOSE: A rotating mode conversion device and a digital device with the same are provided to integratedly form a component for generating grip feeling and a contact component for mode conversion in order to reduce the number of components and processes, thereby reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A rotating mode conversion device and a digital device with the same includes a base(110), a handle member(120), and an elastic member(130). In the center of the base, a penetration hole is formed. The handle member has a circular shape and on the handle member, multiple bumps are repetitively formed in order to provide grip feeling and frictional force. The elastic member has predetermined elastic restoring force and is included in the lower side of the base.
