The high efficiency liquid pump discharges water or liquid to an outlet after drawing in the water or the liquid. The heater casing comprises a casing body manufactured of metal materials whose thermal conductivity is good. A heater(141) is inserted into the casing body. The water and liquid flows into the inlet of the heater casing and cools the heat of the casing body and the heater. The safety valve prevents pressure inside a hose from increasing. The safety valve comprises a safety plate and a spring.
