<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system enabling a user to continuously participate in a countermeasure against an environmental problem. <P>SOLUTION: When users 5-1 to 5-N use an electric appliance 7, a communication device 1 transmits electric energy data 40 (communication device identifier 54 and electric energy 57). A server 2 transmits result data 70 (communication device identifier 54 and positioning 60) to the corresponding communication device 1 according to the electric energy data 40, and transmits result data 71 (user identifiers 50-1 to 50-N, communication device identifier 54, time period 56, electric energy 57, reference electric energy 58, CO2 emissions 59 and positioning 60) to a predetermined information processor 3.
