<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of preventing performance deterioration due to interference of a system clock, or the like, by generating a triangular wave, and to provide an amplifying apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit 101 is provided with a current control circuit 51 for inputting/outputting current, in synchronization with a received clock, and a current/voltage conversion circuit 52, which includes a first capacitor C1 that is charged and discharged by the output and the input of current by the current control circuit 51 to output triangular waves, on the basis of a charge potential of the first capacitor C1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
