<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling charge and discharge of illumination for emergency, which uses an electric double layer capacitor to turn on lights at a disaster such as an earthquake, in a photovoltaic stand-alone exit sign light and street light or the like, and has a long replacement life of a power storage battery by controlling charge and discharge. <P>SOLUTION: The system for controlling charge and discharge of illumination for emergency is provided. The system is used in the photovoltaic stand-alone emergency exit sign light and street light or the like. The amount of remaining power of the electric double layer capacitor employed as a power storage means is reliably acquired to supply power to the lights, such as illumination, or the like. Power supply is stopped when the amount of remaining power of the electric double layer capacitor is less than a predetermined value. Power is supplied to the lights such as illumination, or the like from the held power to turn on them for a predetermined time at a disaster, such as an earthquake at night, when a control means of holding the amount of remaining power of the electric double layer capacitor is equipped in this system, and the remaining power of the electric double layer capacitor is less than the predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
