PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal a jet nozzle by a cap. SOLUTION: When the cap is attached to a jetting head, a sealing member is interposed between the cap and the jetting head. A cavity is provided inside the sealing member, and the sealing member is interposed between the cap and the jet head while a fluid is supplied to the cavity. Thus, the sealing member is pressed to the jetting head and the cap by the pressure of the fluid, and therefore, even if the jetting head surface waves, the sealing member can be pressed perpendicularly to the jetting head surface. The pressure of the fluid has the characteristic of acting by the same size at any part of the fluid, thereby not generating a point where a pressing force is weak. The sealing member can be surely brought in tight contact with the jetting head surface, resulting in eventually enhancing an airtightness of the cap to surely seal the jet nozzle.
